At getfreshsoon we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. 

Refund and Replacement

We have a 15-day refund/replacement policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund or merchandise replacement due to the product being damaged, defected, or wrong product or size was shipped to you. “Defected” refers to any issue where the graphics on the product are printed incorrectly or damaged. Such as, if the registration is off and the graphic has a blurry appearance. Or if the print has been smeared in any way that differs from the original graphic design. To begin the refund or product replacement process, please email getfreshsoon@gmail.com, along with your order number and pictures of the issue. Once we receive the email, you should receive a response within 48 hours.

We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.
