DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipments within the US are fulfilled as soon as your order is verified, it may take up to 72 hours to process your order during business days (Monday - Friday). We aim to have all orders shipped within 7 business days of order placement.
To ensure the best delivery service, we ship using the top carriers like (FEDEX, DHL, USPS, UPS).You will be informed about the expected delivery date during checkout. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

We do not ship orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO at this time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
For customers outside the United States, shipments are fulfilled as soon as your order is verified, it may take up to 72 hours to process your order during business days (Monday - Friday). We aim to have all orders shipped within 7 business days of order placement. When your tracking number becomes available, you will receive a notification via email to track your order.
To ensure the best delivery service, we ship using some of the top carriers like (FEDEX, DHL, USPS, UPS).
Depending on your country, import/customs fees may be applied to your order.
getfreshsoon is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Note: Orders placed Friday after 4PM PST will be processed the next business day. All international orders are typically delivered within 7-21 business days from the date that it is shipped.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are not held liable for any custom fees in your country, hold times or incorrect shipping information provided
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
LOST PACKAGE
We are not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped and the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced.
